I am here to help you find your way - with empathy, understanding, and an individual approach tailored to your personal needs. Find out more about me and my work as a therapist.

Recognize. Understand. Change.

Holistic psychotherapy

Every person is unique and has their own challenges and opportunities. As a psychotherapist, I will support you sensitively and expertly.

My philosophy

Individuality

I respect and value the uniqueness of each person and therefore adapt my therapy to your individual needs.

Responsibility

I take my responsibility as a therapist seriously and am committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need.

Appreciation

I value each person as an individual and recognize your strengths and weaknesses in order to offer you a supportive and respectful therapy.

Competence

With my years of experience and my in-depth training in therapy, I am competent and qualified to offer you the support and guidance you need.

Structure

I structure our therapy sessions clearly and transparently to ensure that we can achieve your therapy goals together and measure your progress. In the treatment planning phase, we will discuss the length of treatment and the time commitment to achieve your goals. Most sessions average 50 minutes weekly.

Transparency

I am transparent in my work and communicate openly and honestly with you about your progress, challenges and goals to ensure that you are always informed and involved.

My experience

2023 - today

I am currently working as a prison therapist with severely and persistently mentally ill inmates.

I received my Florida license in February of 2025 and became certified in EMDR therapy in September of 2025.

I am also building a private practice.

2021-2022

I worked as both group therapist and primary therapist in a residential eating disorder clinic.

I graduated from Thomas University in May of 2022.

2013 - 2021

Worked as an advocate for people going through difficult situations. I have knowledge and experience working with the justice system and the child welfare system.

This work is what led me to pursue my degree in mental health counseling. I started grad school in 2019.

Prior to 2013

After receiving my bachelor's degree in psychology and theater arts, I worked for a semi-professional theater, volunteered at a community theater, and homeschooled my children.

Let's work together on your future.

If you are ready to take the first step in a new direction, get in touch with me.

I will support you in gaining more clarity about yourself, understanding your feelings and needs better and developing new paths for your life situation.
